ABOUT ME

Motherhood is amazing. But then it’s really hard. So, hold on to the good, breathe through the bad, and welcome the wildest and most wonderful ride of your life.

My Short Story

Prior to becoming a mother, I had other plans for myself. My plans were to graduate from university & secure a full time job in Maternal & Child health. Hang out with the girls on Friday night, go on dates and trips with my fiance.

You know !!! Girls just want to have fun…

But while I had plans for myself, God was ordering my steps in ways I myself could not have imagined. Not saying that the visions and plans I had for myself were shallow. But, God’s plan superseded them. I got married and became a mother when God dimmed me fit. And, life has been AMAZING!!!

Motherhood has actually given me the space to evolve in so many ways. Having this forknowledge ahead of marriage that I wasn't going to let myself go. I know that can be a fear for us women. In fact, this role has rather polished me into the best version of myself.

Every day on this journey, I learn to be the best wife and mama that I can be. Even when I don’t give myself enough credit.

On my blog, I will be teaching mothers that it is important to put yourself on the same list of importance as you put your family. It is important to follow your dreams, it is important to aspire to become the best version of yourself.

“My blog teaches you how to retain your spark as a woman while rocking motherhood.

I am deeply rooted in my Christian faith. I believe that I am absolutely nothing without God. I am a wife, mother, a career woman, a blogger, an entrepreneur. It's only by God’s grace and I believe that God blesses us according to our capactity so I am built for this.

I have had to overcome a multitude of obstacles, oh yes!. I have grown from things meant to break me but I get stronger by the day and I have God to thank for that. So you see, life has not been all rosy for me.

So Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!
